Vanessa Riley

Vanessa Riley, MSN, RN, FNP C, Chief Operating Officer serves as President of the Global Nursing AI Alliance, leading national and international efforts to advance ethical and equitable artificial intelligence integration across nursing practice, education, leadership, and workforce transformation. She is the owner of KhonsuAI, a health care technology company focused on responsible AI solutions and digital innovation in clinical care.

Vanessa is a nurse practitioner in General Infectious Disease and Hospital Medicine at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where she provides advanced clinical care for diverse adult populations and supports technology-informed decision-making across care settings.

She also serves as Chief Information Officer for the Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioners Society of America and Chief Technology Officer for the American Association of Infection Disease Nurses, supporting national work in digital strategy, clinical innovation, and equity-centered infectious disease readiness.

Vanessa is currently pursuing her PhD in Nursing at the University of Rochester, with research focused on cardiac health in African American women using artificial intelligence and machine learning.
